I'm still thinking up a snappier title for this one, but if you want to immerse yourself in the world of Excel data then this is for you. It is a distillation of the data management components of the Intermediate and Advanced courses, plus more! You'll learn the techniques and philosophies of good data table design for Excel, use of pivot tables, subtotals and database functions, new summary functions in 2007/2010 and spreadsheet auditing
Who is this for?
This is for those who need a deeper insight into Excel's data management analysis features to identify trends and present data in a summarised way. You'll be a confident Excel user and ideally have attended the Everyday course or have equivalent skills.
What does it cover?
The course reviews some basics from the Intermediate level which are considered building blocks for this course. Pivot tables are covered in depth along with the database functions and the new conditional formatting facilities on 2007/2010. Extra tools such as Scenario Manager and Solver are also covered.
How long is it?
